Callback: service activated

Service-activated callback

This endpoint is implemented by the merchant platform; the URL is configured during shop onboarding. Header xmh-hmc-signature. Success is HTTP 200 only (see authentication §4.2). The errCode in the response body is not parsed.

When a policy becomes effective, you may receive both this callback and the service-state callback (serviceState=3). Deduplicate by serviceOrderId.

Notes:

Includes guaranteeBegTime / guaranteeEndTime (RFC 3339).
insureItem is present when serviceType=PP; SP covers the whole order. Its fields follow the xmhOpenApiSdk.DItem JSON contract rather than a reduced ID-only object.
