服务生效回调

服务生效回调接口

该接口由电商平台实现，URL 在店铺接入时配置。请求头 xmh-hmc-signature。仅 HTTP 200 视为成功（见鉴权 §4.2）。不解析 body 中的 errCode。

保单生效时，可能同时收到本回调与服务单状态回调（serviceState=3）。请按 serviceOrderId 做幂等。

注意：

含 guaranteeBegTime / guaranteeEndTime（RFC3339）。
insureItem 在 serviceType=PP 时有值；SP 保障整单。其字段按 xmhOpenApiSdk.DItem JSON 协议定义，不是只有商品 ID 的精简对象。
