注意：
shipOtherInfo是扁平ShipAddress（country/province/city/postalCode/linkName等），没有shipToAddress一层。- 每条发货信息必须传
shipId、actualShipSendTime、shipTrackNumber，并至少传一个shipCompany/shipCompanyCode；actualShipSendTime使用 RFC 3339 时间。 itemList：邮包险非必传（不传视为整单发货）；延保要传。精确到某一延保方案时传ppVariant（Plan ID必传）。- 出参 JSON 键是
orderId（不是OrderId）。 - 出参同时保留单数、复数兼容键：
shipId/shipIds、disXmhShopOrderShipId/disXmhShopOrderShipIds，这些字段的值都是数组。
